If you wish to secure your date in my production diary then a non-refundable £50 booking deposit is payable. This can be arranged up to 6 months before your wedding day however, often my diary becomes full up to 12 months in advance especially the busy Summer months so please make contact me as soon as you if you wish me to design your stationery.
At the stage when samples designs are confirmed and proofs of wording are being confirmed 50% of the total order value is payable before I can commence ordering your supplies and booking a slot for production.
If you wedding day is less than 12 weeks from the point of ordering then the total order value is payable.
Payment can be made by paying cash, sending a cheque made payable to J B Milligan, bank deposit (details available on request) or by Paypal.
All orders can be collected from the studio by prior arrangement free of charge.
Within a 25 mile radius of my studio I can deliver you order in person at a cost of £10.
Alternatively, I can post your order using Royal Mail or Parcel Force signed for service, cost will be advised at point of request and you will invoiced separately.
It is the clients responsibility to supply all information in a timely manner, and if delayed may result in your order being delayed. All proofs requested must be checked thoroughly and only signed and returned when you the client is happy to proceed. If changes are required once the proofs have been signed off may then result in an additional administration fee being applicable.
All stationery and paper goods are made within my studio and may be subject to small differences, this is not a defect but simply means that each piece has been lovingly hand crafted and personal. Most of my stationery has embellishments that are not suitable for young children under the age of 5 and is not a toy.
Sticky Fingers Designs will have your invitations ready no later than 10 weeks before you wedding day, if required sooner than this please advise at the time of booking and an earlier production date can be arranged. All other stationery will be made available to delivery/collection dates requested by yourself.
Due the custom design process and my production diary I would ask that ALL the stationery that you may want to order be booked when you place your original order as often I am unable to accommodate later orders as I am fully booked. This does not mean if you need a few extra invitations then you will not be able to have them however, there may be an additional cost for an extra production required once your order has been placed.
It is the clients responsibility to ensure the correct number of items are ordered and as a guide to add 1% of the total order amount per stationery piece e.g./ invitations/order of service.
My supplies come mainly from the USA and Thailand so please bear this in mind as it takes at least 21 days for me to receive my deliveries and stock is ordered to each clients own specification and not in stock in my studio. I always order 10% more of each product required for my clients.
If you wish to cancel your booking or order then your original £50 booking fee with NOT be refunded. Once you place your order and 50% balance has been paid and you then wish to cancel depending on the stage of production will then determine any refund that may be due. If you cancel 12 weeks before your wedding date, your full deposit will be lost as part of the cancellation process.
All hire items are subject to a security deposit and small booking fee. If you wish to cancel the hire then the original deposit will be lost but NOT the security deposit if this has been paid.
Final invoices will be remitted out no later than 14 days before your wedding day or the requested date of delivery/collection. Once cleared payment has been received and in full then delivery/collection will be arranged. If not final payment is received then your order will not be released and Sticky Fingers Designs does not accept a promise to pay or grant credit.
It is up to you the client to get the necessary copyright clearance for all information you wish contained in your Order of Service and may I also suggest that you seek advise from your minister,priest etc about appropriate material for marrying in their church as this can cause issue at a later date.
Sticky Fingers Designs will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of goods once they the studio and will not be held responsible for any loss or damage once the stationery is posted to your clients.
Price is subject to change without any prior notice.
